Agricultural and Forestry Machinery for Soil Preparation and Cultivation in Romania

This contract involves the supply of machinery for soil preparation, establishment, and maintenance of crops aimed at modernizing the Cozieni Forestry Nursery. The acquisition is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Component 2: Forests and Biodiversity Protection, Investment 2. The goal is to develop modern production capacities for forest reproductive material for the project 'Modernization Works and Equipment for the Cozieni Forestry Nursery – O.S. Brănești' under financing contract No. C2I2A0123000073. This project is funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Call No. PNRR/2023/C2/S/I.2.A. The procurement of machinery/equipment for mechanizing the operations at the Cozieni Forestry Nursery will ultimately enhance the production capacity of forest reproductive material. As the production capacity increases, mechanization of certain processes becomes not only necessary but also efficient in achieving the objective. Therefore, the aim is to purchase machinery that will streamline the establishment and maintenance of crops, including soil preparation, sowing, weeding, herbicide application, fertilization, and seed preparation.
