Purchase of 2 Fully Equipped Ambulances

This contract involves the procurement of two ambulances equipped with complete medical equipment. Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference. The ambulances must be free from physical and legal defects, brand new, and not previously used by third parties, especially not for demonstration purposes. They must also be of good quality and not refurbished. The medical products must comply with the requirements set forth in the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. All labeling, user instructions, and product descriptions must be in Polish. The contractor is required to fulfill the contract according to all the buyer's requirements specified in the Terms of Reference. The contractor must submit a bid for the entire scope of the contract, considering all items. All requirements outlined in the procurement documents are minimum requirements, and compliance is mandatory. Failure to meet these minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the bid as non-compliant with the procurement conditions. If the buyer specifies trademarks, patents, or specific processes characterizing products or services from a particular contractor, equivalent solutions may be offered, provided they meet the same minimum technical, quality, and functional parameters. If references to standards, technical assessments, or specifications are included, the buyer allows equivalent solutions. Contractors citing equivalent solutions must demonstrate that their offerings meet the buyer's requirements and must include a list of equivalent solutions with descriptions or standards in their bid.
