Installation of Doors and Windows for Community Center Renovation

The city of Schneverdingen is seeking suppliers for the installation of windows and exterior doors as part of the renovation and expansion of the Community Center (FZB) located at Auf dem Eck 2, 29640 Schneverdingen. The project involves two existing building sections, each with one full floor (Community Hall area of 778 m² and Youth area of 881 m²), constructed in solid masonry. The renovation will connect these sections with a new building that will house a multi-generational center. The existing building is not basement-level and features a continuous support grid of approximately 7.50 m. Some areas are equipped with underfloor heating, and the attic is not developed. The structural framework consists of masonry and softwood roof beams, with the exterior finished in brick. The new construction will include foundations and a floor slab to ensure that the community center, multi-generational center, and youth center can operate under one roof in the future.
