Contract for Supervision Services for Cybersecurity Center Project

This contract involves providing contract engineering services to oversee the design and construction work for the "Cybersecurity Center NASK" project. Suppliers are encouraged to conduct a detailed site visit to gather all necessary information for preparing their bids and entering into a contract. The contractor will be fully responsible for any consequences arising from a lack of or incorrect assessment of the conditions for executing this contract. The contract is divided into four stages due to the specific nature of the tasks: Stage I involves comprehensive supervision of the design work, particularly overseeing the execution and acceptance of all design work and ensuring the designer obtains various administrative decisions. Stage II includes supporting the buyer in conducting the procurement process for the construction contractor, which involves providing substantive oversight of the tender documentation necessary to initiate the procurement process for selecting the construction contractor, including the description of the subject of the contract, responding to technical inquiries from contractors, and evaluating the bids. Stage III covers investor supervision over construction work, including comprehensive oversight of construction activities, testing, all types of acceptance, and material-financial management. Stage IV involves supervision during the warranty period, which includes comprehensive oversight of the periodic warranty inspections conducted by the construction contractor within five years from the date of occupancy permit issuance. Additionally, there are options for extending the work: Option 1 allows the buyer to request the contractor to continue the work defined in the contract and the terms of reference during any potential extension of the contract signing deadline with the construction contractor. Option 2 allows the buyer to request the contractor to continue providing investor supervision during any potential extension of the contract execution deadline with the construction contractor.
