Educational Software Packages for Varna Maritime High School

This contract involves the delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for specialized desktop simulators and related equipment for student training at Varna Maritime High School 'St. Nicholas the Miracle Worker'. The project is part of BG-RRP-1.014, which aims to establish centers for high achievement in vocational education and training. The specific requirements include: delivery of 5 desktop navigation simulators and an instructor station, 5 desktop machine simulators and an instructor station, and integration of both simulators to function as a single vessel. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, hardware, and software as per the buyer's specifications, including computers, monitors, network equipment, and software. The simulators must meet at least Class C standards according to international classification. Additional responsibilities include installation and commissioning of the systems, training 10 designated personnel on simulator operation, detailed training for one designated individual to train instructors, certification training for one designated individual for first-level system maintenance, a minimum of 2 years of warranty support for the provided equipment and software, and ensuring email and phone support for system issues during the warranty period.
