Engineering Services for Updating the EGiB Database in Mędrzechów

This contract involves the development of a numerical objective map of the EGiB (the land register) along with field verification of buildings, situational measurement, and adjustment of land registry data to comply with the current PMD for the Mędrzechów area. The work is divided into two phases: 1) Phase 1 includes: a) acquiring data from PODGiK, b) analyzing digital data and geodetic-legal documentation, c) adjusting land valuation classes and land users, d) correcting the RWM EGiB, e) preparing work results and updating the RBD, f) entering results into the BDPZGiK copies, g) controlling and accepting Phase 1 work. 2) Phase 2 includes: a) acquiring data from PODGiK, b) obtaining data on buildings outside of PODGiK, c) field verification and geodetic situational measurement of buildings, d) preparing work results and updating the RBD, e) entering results into the BDPZGiK copies, f) harmonizing BDOT500 and GESUT databases, g) entering results into the BDPZGiK copies, h) validating GML files and correcting remaining errors, i) controlling and accepting Phase 2 work. Detailed descriptions and requirements are provided in Annex 12 to the SWZ (Technical Conditions). Note: The Technical Conditions were developed for selected land registry units in the Dąbrowa County: Mędrzechów without the Mędrzechów area, Olesno, and Szczucin – rural area. The contract is only for the land registry unit of Mędrzechów without the Mędrzechów area.
