Telecommunication Equipment Supply Contract for Modernizing the National Voice Network

This contract involves the supply of telecommunication equipment aimed at modernizing the National Voice Network (R.N.V.) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (M.A.I.) for the Central Apparatus units and other subordinate units of the M.A.I. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all requests for clarification or additional information, once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications requested must be made 18 days before the offer submission deadline, as specified in section I.3) Communication of the data sheet.
