Architectural Services for Building Projects in Wrocław

This contract involves providing architectural services for the renovation and reconstruction of residential buildings located in Wrocław. The selected supplier will be responsible for: 1) Creating and delivering detailed design and cost documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of the specified building, as outlined in the project documentation guidelines. 2) Obtaining and providing the buyer with the necessary construction permit from the Department of Architecture and Heritage of the City of Wrocław, including confirmation of the application submission and a certificate stating that the decision is final, as well as a certificate confirming there are no grounds for objections to the construction work as per Article 30, paragraph 5aa of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994. 3) Providing author supervision during the construction work covered by the developed documentation.
