Supply of Internal Audit Software System

This public procurement contract involves the provision of a new Internal Audit Information System (SIA) to support the internal audit activities of the contracting authority (the buyer). The system will manage risk for the Czech National Bank (ČNB) and related controls, facilitate project management for audit cases, create electronic audit documentation, manage audit findings and corrective actions, and monitor and plan the time capacities of auditors. The new SIA will replace the existing tool (the original system for managing audit cases, referred to as 'Original SIA'). The contract includes the delivery, implementation, and configuration of the new SIA, as well as the migration of data from the Original SIA to the new system. Detailed specifications, including technical conditions, are provided in the contract proposal, which is attached as Annex 1 to the procurement documentation.
