Electricity Supply for 2026

This contract involves the supply of electricity to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. in Toruń for the year 2026, with a total estimated volume of 11,110.60 MWh (11,110,600.00 kWh). The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. It does not include electricity distribution services. Detailed information about the locations of the delivery points, their descriptions, tariff group assignments, current capacity, and expected electricity consumption during the contract period can be found in Attachments 1 and 2 of the procurement documents. For connection points 1 to 125, the Distribution System Operator (DSO) is ENERGA OPERATOR S.A. For connection points 126 to 130, the DSO is POLENERGIA DYSTRYBUCJA Sp. z o.o. The contractor must have valid general distribution agreements with the local DSOs to sell electricity through their distribution networks to all facilities specified in the procurement documents. This is a change of electricity supplier for all connection points listed in Attachment 1, currently supplied by ENERGA – OBRÓT S.A. The existing electricity supply contract is valid until December 31, 2025. Further details about the contract can be found in Chapter II, point 1 of the procurement documents and in Attachments 1 and 2. The conditions for executing the contract are specified in Attachment 3 (draft contract).
