Contract Engineer for Road Reconstruction Project

This contract involves the role of a Contract Engineer for the reconstruction and expansion of provincial road No. 877 between Dylągówka and Szklary. The project is funded by the European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027. Contractors are required to monitor any modifications to the procurement process. The contractor will manage, supervise, and control the investment, collaborating with the contracting authority on reporting. The contractor must ensure the smooth implementation of the contract regarding the preparation, design, and execution of construction works, timely receipt of documents and works, and proper future operation and maintenance of the works by the contracting authority. The construction contract will be executed according to the contractual conditions for electrical and mechanical devices and engineering and construction works designed by the contractor (according to the General Conditions, fourth edition, unchanged 2008 - translation of the first edition 1999, which also includes guidelines for preparing Special Conditions). The contractor will perform tasks assigned to the Engineer as specified in the aforementioned contractual conditions. The contractor must have inspectors for various fields (including road, bridge, sanitary, electrical, telecommunication, environmental, archaeological, geotechnical, and geological) as stated in the offer form.
