Janitorial and Property Services Framework Agreement in Norway

Nye Veier AS is seeking a supplier to enter into a framework agreement for comprehensive property services. This includes janitorial services, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, and construction services for residential properties associated with road development in the SørVest, SørØst, Innlandet, and Trøndelag regions. A detailed list of properties is available in Annex 1B. While the number of properties is generally stable, there may be some changes during the contract period. Suppliers must be capable of providing all required services, potentially through subcontractors, and are responsible for supplying necessary materials and equipment. The contracting authority will place orders for the work, which primarily involves preparing, maintaining, and inspecting rental properties, as well as securing and maintaining vacant properties. A designated gender-neutral coordinator must be provided by the supplier to liaise with the contracting authority. The estimated annual value of the contract is approximately NOK 3 million, with a maximum total value of NOK 18 million.
