Printing and Copying Services for Kotka City

The City of Kotka is inviting bids for printing services and construction drawing copying services as outlined in the request for proposals and its attachments. The procurement is divided into the following areas: 1. Printing Services 2. Printing and Copying Services for Technical and Construction Drawings. For Area 1, the types of printed products to be ordered during the contract period include brochures, programs, posters, maps, signs, stickers (including floor stickers), wraps (e.g., window or vehicle wraps), bookmarks, exhibition boards, banners, fabrics, roll-ups, and business cards. Additionally, paper prints (handouts) may be ordered. Ancillary services for printing include the installation of printed products at the site. For Area 2, the types of printing and copying products to be ordered during the contract period include various CAD prints and their additional prints, as well as copies of different sizes. Each area will have its own framework agreement, from which three (3) framework agreement partners will be selected. The duration of each framework agreement is four (4) years. The procurement excludes the printing of signs and book printing.
