Procurement Opportunity for Sales Invoice Lifecycle Services

This procurement opportunity is for a comprehensive service related to the lifecycle of sales invoices. The services include the execution of delivery projects, printing, forwarding, and sending sales invoices to the clients of the contracting authorities, payment reminders, collection services, customer service related to payments, an invoice processing portal for the staff and clients of the contracting authorities, reporting services, and user support services for the staff of the contracting authorities as specified in the procurement documents. The contracting authorities, Pirkanmaan Jätehuolto Oy and Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto Oy, will each make an independent procurement decision and contract. The contract period is four (4) years, after which it will continue indefinitely. The goal is for the contract to commence in September 2025, with the first implementation project starting then, and a second implementation project aimed to start in January 2026. The scope of the procurement is further detailed in the procurement documents, particularly in attachments 1 "Description of the Procurement Object" and 4 "List of Requirements". The selection criterion for the procurement is the overall economic advantage, with the best price-quality ratio being the winning bid. Bidders must submit unit prices/service-specific prices for all requested items excluding VAT. The bids will be compared based on the total comparison prices of the unit prices/service-specific prices.
