Integrated Clinical Analysis and Monitoring System for Public Health

The Institute of Phonoaudiology and Functional ENT Surgery "Prof. Dr. Dorin Hociotă" is seeking a comprehensive hardware and software system to manage the operating room, collect and process medical information from the operating room, and ensure interoperability of information systems. The goal of this digitalization project is to implement an integrated and centralized system that securely transmits data within the Institute, enhancing interoperability, optimizing workflows, and digitizing operating room activities. Key components of the project include: - Software licenses for clinical management of the operating room and image transmission through interconnection with clinical departments. - Software licenses for patient scheduling and interoperability of information systems. Integrating these modules into the current Hospital Information System (HIS) will lead to improved traceability of medical actions, reduced patient waiting times, and enhanced medical performance of the hospital. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline set by the contracting authority, which will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the bid submission deadline.
