Implementation of Hospital Information System and ERP Services for Healthcare Facility in Mońki

This contract involves the implementation of a new Hospital Information System (HIS) and Radiology Information System (RIS), as well as the maintenance of the existing ERP system for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Mońki. Key components of the project include: 1) Providing perpetual licenses for 300 concurrent users of HIS and RIS systems; 2) Providing perpetual licenses for 42 concurrent users of the ERP system; 3) Installation, configuration, and launch of the integrated information system, including software for coordinated care; 4) Data migration from Oracle database; 5) Integration with external systems used by the buyer; 6) Conducting training for medical staff; 7) Conducting training for administrative staff on the new ERP system; 8) Providing training for IT staff on system administration; 9) Ensuring unlimited access to training materials during and after implementation; 10) Providing warranty service and technical assistance for HIS, RIS, and ERP systems; 11) Ensuring interoperability of new systems with existing hospital systems in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
