Aerial Photography Services for Waterways in Flanders

This contract involves providing aerial photography services for navigable waterways and related areas managed by the Central Region Department of De Vlaamse Waterweg nv. The work will be carried out in three phases during the summer of 2025: 1. **Digital Aerial Photography**: High-quality color aerial images must be captured under clear weather conditions between June 15 and September 30, 2025. The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust flight conditions based on tidal and water level requirements. The delivery of image files and associated data is expected within 21 calendar days after the last flight. 2. **Stereomodel Formation**: This phase involves creating a stereomodel for the entire project area, to be completed within 28 calendar days following the delivery of the first phase. 3. **Orthophoto Mosaic Creation**: Orthophoto mosaics will be produced for the entire project area, with completion expected within 28 calendar days after the first control results of the stereomodel formation are communicated. The project area’s waterways and flood zones will be provided in a shapefile format, included in the contract documents.
