Spain – Analytical and Testing Services for Wastewater

This contract involves conducting necessary analyses and tests to comply with the Monitoring and Control Plans for emission standards, the receiving environment, and the structural integrity of discharge conduits. This is in accordance with the following Discharge Authorizations (AV): - Discharge Authorization AV-AL 02/01 for stormwater and urban wastewater from the Adra Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) through six drainage conduits and a submarine outfall, in the municipality of Adra. - Discharge Authorization AV-AL 03/06 for urban wastewater from the Balerma and El Ejido WWTPs, in the municipality of El Ejido. - Discharge Authorization AV-AL 10090 for urban wastewater from the Dalías WWTP through an outfall, in the municipality of Dalías. - Discharge Authorization AV-AL 03/09 for urban wastewater from the Roquetas de Mar WWTP through two outfalls and a drainage conduit, in the municipality of Roquetas de Mar. The contracted company will also conduct necessary analyses and tests to monitor the operation of the urban wastewater treatment facilities managed by the Consortium for the Integrated Management of Urban Water Cycle in the Poniente Almeriense at the treatment plants in Adra, Balerma, Dalías, El Ejido, Enix, Felix, and Roquetas de Mar, prior to discharge into the Hydraulic Public Domain or the Maritime-Terrestrial Public Domain.
