Waste Management Services in Poland

This contract involves the ongoing collection and processing of compost that does not meet quality standards, specifically coded as 19 05 03. The compost is produced at the Municipal Waste Management Plant "Stary Las" located in Stary Las, Starogard Gdański, Pomeranian Voivodeship. The compost is derived from the biological processing of green waste and other selectively collected biodegradable waste, with a particle size of less than 20 mm. The waste is not classified as hazardous. The guaranteed quantity of waste to be collected and processed under this contract is 10,000 metric tons, with an option to increase this amount by an additional 10,000 metric tons if needed. The processing of this compost must comply with the Waste Act of December 14, 2012, excluding certain recovery processes. Collection will take place at the Municipal Waste Management Plant, and the contractor is required to carry out the collection continuously and at their own cost.
