Snow Removal Services for Municipal Roads in Kobierzyce

The contract involves winter maintenance of approximately 160 km of municipal roads in the Kobierzyce municipality using mechanical equipment. Detailed standards for winter road maintenance are outlined in Annex 11 of the procurement documents. A list of the municipal roads is provided in Annex 9a. The contractor must have sufficient vehicles equipped for snow removal and ice management to ensure continuous service. Minimum requirements include: - 4 sets of mini snowplows for narrow roads and sidewalks (plow or cylindrical sweeper with a width of 0.5 to 1.2m) - 2 sets of snowplow blades (medium plow + carrier) - 4 sets of tractor + plow + spreader with a capacity of 6-7 tons - 1 set of loader or backhoe or sand-spreader - 4 vehicles for narrower roads with a plow width of 1.2 to 2.0m. All vehicles must be from 2010 or newer. Vehicles used for the contract must be equipped with a satellite monitoring system (GPS) that records and stores data on vehicle location and stops, as well as at least two cameras for live viewing, mounted at the front and rear of the vehicle with online access for the contracting authority. The contractor is required to provide current and historical readings from the satellite monitoring system upon request, covering at least the past week. For the winter maintenance season of approximately 160 km of roads, about 4000 tons of a salt and sand mixture (washed) should be provided, with a ratio of 30% salt to 70% sand. The contractor's material base must be located no more than 20 km from the borders of Kobierzyce and equipped with storage facilities for winter materials (salt and sand). NOTE: The offer must include: a. daily flat rate for readiness to initiate winter operations, b. daily flat rate for active winter road maintenance (considered as fleet deployment between 00:00 and 23:59 on days with ice and snow).
