Project Manager Led Integrated Design Team for Trinity College Dublin Student Centre

Trinity College Dublin seeks to appoint a Project Manager-led Integrated Design Team (IDT) to deliver comprehensive professional services for the Student Centre Project at the Naughton Centre Building and surrounding areas. The IDT will comprise a multidisciplinary team including a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Architect, Civil and Structural Engineer, Fire Safety Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, and other specialist consultants as required. The project scope encompasses fit-out works, building alterations, new construction, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance. The contract will be executed through Ghala Designated Activity Company (Ghala DAC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Trinity College Dublin. This is a significant opportunity for experienced design and project management professionals to lead a complex institutional building project at one of Ireland's leading universities.
