Network Switch Supply with Service Contract

This contract involves the supply of network switches along with a service contract. The delivery must be a one-time event. The service contract must provide technical support via phone and email from the equipment manufacturer. It should also allow access to new software versions throughout the contract duration, as well as access to knowledge bases and configuration guides. The service contract must be visible on the manufacturer's portal (including contract number and duration). A detailed description of the order can be found in Appendix 3 of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. All delivered devices must create a uniform hardware environment and come from the same equipment manufacturer. The devices must meet environmental criteria and comply with the EU RoHS directive on the elimination of hazardous substances. Delivery location: the buyer's headquarters at ul. Cybulskiego 34 in Wrocław. The delivery of equipment and all related activities will be carried out by the contractor on business days between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Before starting the delivery, the contractor is required to provide the buyer with written notification via email to sekretariat.dui@uwr.edu.pl at least 3 days in advance, including at least: the date and time of delivery and a detailed list of the equipment being delivered, specifying their names and quantities. The contractor agrees to bear all delivery costs, including packaging, transport, unloading, and carrying.
