    Brief

This project involves the reconstruction of the railway section from Chomutov (excluding) to Kadaň-Prunéřov (including). The goal is to improve infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable operations, reduce operational costs, comply with national and European technical legislation (especially interoperability technical specifications), and minimize environmental impact (particularly noise pollution). Key objectives include implementing a D4 load class throughout the project, enhancing passenger comfort, and increasing safety through the construction of secure crossings and raising platform heights to 550 mm above track level. The project will be developed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) according to the BIM Protocol and its appendices. It encompasses a comprehensive section of the railway, including the construction of technological facilities that must meet current legislation and requirements for integration into remote control systems and ERTMS. The operational components will involve a comprehensive modernization of signaling technology with the aforementioned prerequisites. Additionally, the project anticipates modernization of the starting and ending points in separate constructions, ensuring future integration possibilities. The scope of the project includes: • construction according to the tender documentation, • preparation of construction execution documentation, • preparation of as-built documentation including the geodetic part. This public contract also includes providing assistance related to the project or its parts during the duration of the cooperation agreement, which may involve (but is not limited to) signaling equipment and operational applications linked to the signaling equipment, allowing the buyer to connect future needs to the delivered project components from other contractors/manufacturers. Further specifications of the public contract are detailed in other parts of the tender documentation.
