Architectural and Engineering Services for School Expansion and Renovation in Potsdam

The Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS) is seeking contractors to undertake the expansion and renovation of the Waldstadt Primary School located at Friedrich-Wolf-Straße 12, 14478 Potsdam. This project aims to maintain ongoing school operations while constructing a new building and modernizing the existing structure. The Waldstadt Primary School is transitioning from a two-class to a three-class system, offering full-day programs for grades 1-6 and two associated after-school care facilities. The goal of this construction project is to ensure the school can accommodate approximately 450 students in grades 1-6 and provide after-school care for around 315 children aged 6-12. The planning will include technical services related to water/wastewater, heating, ventilation, and building automation as per HOAI regulations.
