This contract involves the renovation of a road bridge over the Wieprz River along provincial road No. 809 in Jeziorzany, at kilometer 2+044. The project aims to ensure that the bridge meets the technical and usability standards required for provincial road structures. Key details include: - Bridge length: 17.70 meters; - Total length with wings: 23.52 meters; - Total width: 10.20 meters; - Single-span bridge; - Load-bearing structure consists of five reinforced concrete beams (100x40 cm) supported by transverse reinforcements, spanning 17.40 meters; - Supports are two monolithic wall abutments, varying thickness, approximately 10.00 meters long, founded on reinforced concrete piles (350x350 mm, 8.00 meters long). The scope of work includes: - Conducting measurement work for linear earthworks with post-execution geodetic inventory; - Performing demolition and preparatory work; - Renovating the load-bearing structure; - Renovating the supports; - Adjusting the road elevation to match the bridge elevation; - Cleaning the riverbed around the bridge; - Restoring sidewalks leading to the structure; - Supplementing the shoulders; - Installing road safety devices; - Restoring horizontal markings; - Performing finishing works. Detailed work scope is included in the project documentation, traffic organization project, and the bill of quantities, which serves as an auxiliary tool for determining the quantity of work. The bill of quantities is auxiliary. The contractor must verify the quantity of work against the project documentation before submitting an offer. Since the contract is a lump-sum agreement, any additional work identified during the project cannot be claimed for extra payment. Any omissions in the bill of quantities or the cost estimate template do not exempt the contractor from performing necessary work as per the project documentation at the contract price. The contractor may adjust quantities in the bill of quantities and cost estimate template based on their calculations according to the project documentation. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure if the public funds intended for financing the contract are not granted. The contracting authority requires employment under a labor contract for individuals performing tasks related to the execution of the contract. Partial offers are not allowed. The execution period is four months from the contract signing date. The contractor is bound by the offer until October 14, 2025. The deadline for submitting offers is July 17, 2025.
