    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of a vacuum tribometer that includes heating and cooling capabilities, along with installation, software, and user training. The supplier is responsible for all costs related to the execution of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, commissioning, and training. The delivery location is Wrocław University of Technology, Mechanical Faculty, Department of Plastic Processing, Welding, and Metrology. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 3 of the contract documents. The supplier must include all necessary hardware and software controllers to meet the functional requirements of the contract. If any specifications are unclear, the supplier must ask questions before submitting their offer. The contract must be completed within 140 days from the signing date. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement if the necessary funds are not allocated. The evaluation process will first assess the offers before qualifying the supplier with the highest-rated offer. The supplier's offer must remain valid for 90 days after the submission deadline. The offer must include various documents, including a completed offer form, declarations, and evidence confirming compliance with the requirements. Suppliers must not be excluded based on the criteria outlined in the contract documents and must demonstrate technical capability by having completed at least one similar delivery and installation of a tribometer valued at a minimum of 500,000 PLN in the last three years.
