Public Service Concession for the Operation of the Municipal Aquatic Center "Les Bains du Cap"

This procurement procedure aims to award a public service concession for the operation of the municipal aquatic center "Les Bains du Cap". The concessionaire will be responsible for the financing and operation of the aquatic center, which includes three main areas: - The swimming area: 400 m² of indoor water surfaces, a 138 m² shallow water play area, 435 m² of circulation and relaxation beaches, a 290 m² outdoor landscaped solarium, a 400 m² outdoor mineral solarium, 85 m² of reception area, 83 m² of offices and staff facilities, and 305 m² of common areas including changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and showers, along with 332 m² of ancillary spaces; - The wellness area of 220 m² featuring a reception area, changing rooms, showers, and sanitary facilities, a sauna and hammam area of 31 m², a 29 m² balneotherapy pool, a balneotherapy shower, reclining benches, a spa, and a 40 m² relaxation zone; - The light catering area of 19 m² with a terrace providing direct access to the outdoor solarium of the pool and another terrace located on the forecourt of the Esplanade adjacent to the aquatic facility. It is noted that, as part of a comprehensive performance public contract, the company DALKIA is responsible for the maintenance and technical operation of the facility throughout the duration of the public service concession (maintenance started: 03/2021).
