Medical Equipment Supply for Emergency Hospital

This contract opportunity involves the supply of medical equipment, including installation, commissioning, staff training, and warranty service, as part of the Health Program aimed at enhancing public healthcare infrastructure for treating critically ill patients with acute cerebral vascular pathology. The delivery, installation, and training must be completed within 60 days of the order confirmation from the contracting authority. Equipment will be delivered to the Municipal Emergency Hospital in Roman, located at 28 Tineretului Street, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. A minimum warranty period of 24 months from the final acceptance date is required. Payment terms are a maximum of 60 days from the receipt of the equipment. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Any requests for clarification made after this period will be considered late.
