Connexus is seeking suppliers for an integrated suite of digital systems to modernise corporate services operations. The procurement encompasses five key systems: an HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data management, a Payroll Management System (PMS) for compensation processing, a Learning Management Platform (LMS) for staff development, a Health & Safety Compliance and Reporting System (HSRS) for regulatory adherence, and a Recruitment and Onboarding Platform (ROP) for talent acquisition and employee onboarding. The successful supplier(s) will enable streamlined internal operations, improve user experience across the organisation, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support evidence-based decision-making. Key requirements include advanced reporting capabilities for real-time performance monitoring, comprehensive audit trails, and strategic analytics aligned with organisational key performance indicators (KPIs).
