The CA Pau Béarn Pyrénées (CAPBP) is coordinating a procurement group that includes CAPBP, VDP, CCAS, the municipality of Bougarber, the municipality of Uzos, and SMPBPM. This is a framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum limit. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the following conditions and limits: For non-urgent services costing 5,000 euros or less (excluding VAT) and for urgent services regardless of the amount: framework agreement with purchase orders. For non-urgent services exceeding 5,000 euros (excluding VAT): framework agreement with subsequent contracts. In case of urgency, measures aimed at eliminating a danger to persons or property, or a formal notice from the SDIS, are considered urgent. The maximum amount for services during the initial period of the framework agreement and for each renewal period is as follows: CAPBP: 100,000 euros (excluding VAT), VDP: 100,000 euros (excluding VAT), CCAS: 20,000 euros (excluding VAT), Municipality of Bougarber: 20,000 euros (excluding VAT), Municipality of Uzos: 20,000 euros (excluding VAT), SMPBPM: 10,000 euros (excluding VAT). The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The framework agreement will commence on June 5, 2025, or on the date of contract notification if later. The agreement will be automatically renewed until its end, with a total of 3 renewal periods, each lasting 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years.
