Modernization of Training Room in Oldenburg

The Kreishandwerkerschaft Oldenburg is seeking suppliers for the comprehensive redesign of Training Room 11 in the Information/Electrical Workshop as part of planned modernization measures. The goal is to create a contemporary and functional training space that meets current standards for modern education and training. Key planned renovations include: - Removal of the existing lightweight wall from the unused storage area and construction of new drywall to optimize room layout. - Renewal of the existing ceiling structure to create a suspended ceiling with modern LED lighting. - Removal and replacement of the flooring, including painting work. - Deinstallation of the current electrical installation, including all wiring and connections, followed by reinstallation according to the new spatial arrangements with connections to laboratory tables. - Dismantling of existing laboratory tables and other unnecessary installations, along with the delivery and installation of new laboratory tables. - Delivery and installation of cabinets. Additionally, we require procurement of various measuring devices and hardware for conducting inter-company training. The renovations will be carried out according to the tender and in close coordination with the relevant specialist trades. The result will be a modern and flexible training environment that allows for future-oriented use.
