Office Supplies Delivery for the Road Infrastructure Agency

This public procurement contract is for the delivery of office supplies and materials needed by the Road Infrastructure Agency. The contracting authority will pay for the actual quantity of office supplies delivered and reserves the right not to request all types of items listed in the technical specifications. The goal is for the Road Infrastructure Agency to select a contractor to establish a contract for the supply of office materials. The scope of the contract includes: a) Delivery of items specified in the technical specifications based on the needs of the contracting authority, periodically during the contract term or until financial resources are exhausted; b) Addressing shortages, discrepancies, defects, and warranty issues with the items, including replacements for any identified warranty defects; c) All other activities necessary for the execution of the procurement contract.
