Waste Collection and Management Services in Iłża

This contract involves the collection and management of municipal waste from residential property owners in the Iłża municipality. The detailed scope and execution of the contract are outlined in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference. The Iłża municipality covers an area of 255.85 km² and has a population of 14,059 registered residents (as of September 1, 2024), with approximately 11,450 actual residents. There are about 3,518 households in single-family and multi-family residential buildings that are billed individually. The municipality has 41 multi-family residential buildings, 36 of which are in urban areas and 5 in rural areas. The number of households located along narrow, unpaved roads is approximately 70, which may change during the contract execution. The contract includes the collection, transportation, and management of all municipal waste provided by property owners, including mixed municipal waste and selectively collected waste, regardless of weather conditions. This waste will be collected directly from residential properties in the Iłża municipality, ensuring compliance with recycling, reuse, and recovery targets, while minimizing the amount of biodegradable waste sent to landfills.
