Long-term Consolidation Loan for the Municipality of Rudka

This contract involves providing and managing a long-term consolidation loan of 5,812,791.00 PLN (five million eight hundred twelve thousand seven hundred ninety-one zlotys) intended for repaying obligations from loans taken in previous years from the Cooperative Bank in Brańsk. This is in accordance with Resolution No. VIII/56/2025 of the Rudka Municipal Council dated March 24, 2025, regarding the taking of a consolidation loan. The loan repayment period is from June 1, 2025, to December 31, 2051, totaling 26 years and 7 months (319 installments). The repayment schedule is as follows: - From June 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 – 103,334.00 PLN, 7 installments of 14,762.00 PLN each, - From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2050 – 220,008.00 PLN annually, 300 installments of 18,334.00 PLN each, totaling 5,500,200.00 PLN, - From January 1, 2051, to December 31, 2051 – 209,257.00 PLN, 11 installments of 18,334.00 PLN each, and 1 installment of 7,583.00 PLN. The loan will not be deposited into the Municipality's account; instead, the lending bank will make direct repayments to the Cooperative Bank in Brańsk. The repayment of the loan will be secured by a blank promissory note issued by the Municipality of Rudka along with a promissory note declaration countersigned by the Treasurer.
