Invitation to Bid for Security Analysis Services

The Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs is seeking a supplier to provide a security analysis service. This service will operate through a data network and will not involve the acquisition of any software, platforms, or databases. Instead, it will function on a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) model. The primary goal of the service is to assess the risk levels in various countries and regions where the ministry's personnel are deployed or may be deployed in the future. Suppliers are expected to deliver ready-made analyses, reports, and tools for monitoring potential security threats. Additionally, the service should be able to generate specific reports upon request from the ministry. Detailed requirements and specifications can be found in the procurement materials. The ministry will select one supplier to enter into a contract, which will initially last for 12 months and may continue indefinitely thereafter.
