Waste Management Services for Large-Scale Waste Collection in Wola Pawłowska

This contract involves the regular collection and management of large-scale waste (waste code 20 03 07) from the Municipal Installation in Wola Pawłowska. The method of waste management must comply with current legal regulations and recovery processes outlined in Annex 1 of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). The estimated amount of waste to be transferred to the contractor during the contract period will not exceed 1,800 Mg, with a minimum of 1,300 Mg. The buyer reserves the right to transfer a smaller amount of waste during the contract period, and the contractor will not make any claims in this regard. The large-scale waste is collected selectively (curbside collection) and is already shredded and ready for pickup. Waste collection will occur regularly from Monday to Friday, with quantities specified in individual orders sent via email (or fax) to the contractor's representative within 2 days of the order. Waste will be collected from the municipal installation in Wola Pawłowska, and the contractor will weigh the collected waste on the buyer's certified scale. The contractor must use technically sound vehicles suitable for waste collection and transport, properly marked, and capable of securing waste during transport. Each collection and acceptance of waste for management will be confirmed by a municipal waste transfer card, in accordance with applicable regulations, specifically in the electronic waste registration system via the Database of Products and Packaging and Waste Management (BDO), as per the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). After each month of service, the contractor is required to provide a statement on the method of waste management, indicating the facility (name and address) where the waste was processed.
