Software and Hardware Procurement for Digitalization Project in Mitreni, Romania

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to acquire a comprehensive set of software solutions, along with hardware components and an Internet of Things (IoT) system. This system will enable data transmission via a LoRaWAN connection to a central location. All components will be referred to as the Digitalization Solution for the Commune (SDC). The contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests as required by Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017, provided that these requests are made at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If clarification requests or additional information are submitted within the specified timeframe, the contracting authority's responses will be published in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline for offer submissions.
