Construction and Renovation of Senefelder School in Treuchtlingen

The project involves the construction of a new building (Building Part I) and the restructuring of the existing Senefelder School in Treuchtlingen, which will take place in several phases while the school remains operational. The restructuring aims to integrate three types of schools—Middle School, Secondary School, and Gymnasium—into a single structure, equipped with flexible spaces and learning areas. Key phases of the construction include: 1. Preliminary phase: Partial demolition of the existing 'Mensa' building for the new construction of Building Part I; 2. First phase: Construction of a three-story new building (Building Part I) for specialized classrooms on the eastern property; 3. Second phase: Demolition of existing specialized classrooms; construction of a new sports hall (Building Part II); 4. Third phase: Demolition of the existing sports hall; construction of a three-story new building (Building Part III) for classrooms and teacher administration; 5. Final phase: Demolition of the existing classroom block and midday care facilities, and development of outdoor areas.
