Services for Volunteer Card in Berlin-Brandenburg

The contract involves the ongoing support and development of the Volunteer Card (EAK) for Berlin. This includes managing the introduction and operation of the EAK app as a service center, assisting EAK holders and their organizations, acquiring new partners, and maintaining existing partnerships. The work also entails communication regarding the app's launch, including planning and managing a campaign, possibly hiring an agency. Participation in and organizing status meetings, designing and conducting informational events, setting up and maintaining a website and contact options (email, phone), and continuous public relations work for the EAK and its offerings are required. Additionally, the contractor will create and analyze usage statistics and provide documentation and reporting for the Senate Department for Culture and Community.
