Czech Republic – Tablets and PCs – Procurement of Tablets and PCs (including a second touch monitor) for the Regional Education Centers of the Czech Labor Office, Procurement of technical and other commodities for the Regional Education Centers of the Czech Labor Office – Industry 4.0 - “Procurement of technical equipment for the Regional Education Center of the Czech Labor Office – regional branch in Olomouc”

The subject of this public contract is the delivery of selected components to meet the buyer's goals. This procurement documentation regulates the delivery of selected components only for the Olomouc region – specifically for the regional education centers of the Czech Labor Office in Olomouc. Based on the principles of creation, implementation, sustainability, and permanence of (regional) education centers, it is necessary to purchase appropriate, modern, and technical (computer) equipment, not specified for ordinary and administrative activities, but rather for interactive and online connections, suitable for working with graphic programs, and for adequate (not cutting-edge technology, but reasonably appropriate) hardware. This will enable the buyer to provide and secure appropriate services, such as continuous transmission of audiovisual messages to the end user, processing and production of spots, video programs, and their broadcasting, including editing. The buyer will initiate a total of 14 procurement procedures for individual regional branches of the Czech Labor Office, with each of these procedures divided into further parts according to categories of components. The main goal of the buyer is to ensure mutual technical compatibility of the same categories of components among all regional education centers across different regions. This is related to the buyer's requirement for open-source software for individual components where such a solution is relevant.
