Instructions for completing the ESPD can be found at the provided links. 3) Declarations regarding exclusion criteria as per specific regulations. 4) Power of attorney for signing the offer (if applicable). 5) Commitment from other entities and their ESPD (if applicable). The deadline for submitting offers is August 1, 2025.
