Training Services for Digital Skills for Seniors and Disadvantaged Individuals

This contract involves providing training services for individuals aged 65 and older and/or disadvantaged individuals (regardless of age) to enhance their digital skills. The training will be conducted in-person, either at the premises of the successful bidder or at locations arranged by them, following the guidelines of the contracting authority. Additionally, the successful bidder will distribute selected technical devices to graduates of the training as per the contracting authority's instructions. Detailed specifications and further information will be provided in the call for proposals for this specific contract. The aim of establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is to create a platform for awarding contracts in accordance with the public procurement law, allowing for flexible procurement based on actual needs.
