Supply of Footwear for Uniforms

This contract involves the supply of various types of footwear for official, field, and ceremonial uniforms. The order is divided into several parts: Part 1 includes 700 pairs of winter boots (500 pairs in the basic order and up to 200 pairs in the optional order), 600 pairs of knee-high boots (400 pairs in the basic order and up to 200 pairs in the optional order), 1000 pairs of formal shoes (600 pairs in the basic order and up to 400 pairs in the optional order), 600 pairs of formal pumps (400 pairs in the basic order and up to 200 pairs in the optional order), 3500 pairs of service shoes (1800 pairs in the basic order and up to 1700 pairs in the optional order), 1750 pairs of service boots (900 pairs in the basic order and up to 850 pairs in the optional order), and 2350 pairs of field boots (1200 pairs in the basic order and up to 1150 pairs in the optional order). After signing the contract, the contractor must deliver a sample of the footwear to the buyer, along with required documents, within a timeframe not exceeding half of the period agreed upon for the basic order. All supplied footwear must be new and from current production. Items produced under the optional order must be identical to those supplied under the basic order. The service shoes, service boots, and field boots are subject to compliance requirements as per the Act of November 17, 2006, regarding the assessment system for products intended for defense and state security needs. The minimum required warranty period for each item is 24 months from the date of release from storage for use, with a maximum storage period of 5 years. If the item is released for use after the storage period, the warranty will no longer apply. The selected contractor must fulfill the order according to the buyer's specified requirements.
