Supply of Emergency and Diverter Clamps for Water Pipes in Shumen, Bulgaria

This contract involves the supply of emergency and diverter clamps for water pipes, which must meet the specified quality standards and requirements outlined in the Technical Specification. Due to the emergency nature of the work, the contracting authority cannot commit to specific quantities of items or diameters. Deliveries will be made based on prior written requests according to the needs of 'VIK Shumen' OOD, located in Shumen, at 1 Pravda Street, during the contract period. The delivery time is no more than 5 working days from the date of the request received from the contracting authority. Complete information regarding the scope, volume, and requirements for the execution of the public procurement is detailed in the Technical Specification attached to the procurement documentation. The public procurement contract comes into effect from the date it is signed by both parties and is valid for 24 months or until the maximum contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. If the contract has not reached its maximum value after the expiration of the contract term, it may continue until the respective value is reached, under the conditions of the contract draft and the provision of Article 116, paragraph 1, item 1, first sentence, but not for more than 6 months. The maximum value of the contract (the total value of all deliveries covered by the contract) is equal to the estimated value of the public procurement.
