Simulator Purchase and Maintenance

This contract involves the purchase and maintenance of simulators. Currently, approximately 108 vocational students (BOL) utilize these simulators, divided into 16 classes of 18 students each, for 2 hours per week over the course of a year. Additionally, 144 vocational students (BBL) use the simulators for about 8 weeks each year. Other programs, such as Technical Specialist training, also utilize this facility. The contractor must execute the project according to the requirements outlined in Appendix 1. More information can be found in the guidelines. This is an investment for eight simulators over three years, with the number determined by the buyer each year. After approximately three years and the purchase of eight simulators, the buyer may optionally purchase additional simulators each year, with a maximum total of 18 throughout the entire contract. The mentioned quantities are estimates to allow bidders to calculate on an equal basis. No rights can be derived from the stated description and quantities. The final numbers will be confirmed with the final order.
