    Brief

The contracting authority intends to establish framework agreements for chemicals and laboratory supplies for a period of at least two years, up to a maximum of four years. Due to the nature of the contracting authority's work in fundamental research and related laboratory activities, there is a regular need for primarily organic chemicals and various laboratory supplies. The issuing authority is the IOM in Leipzig. The recipients of these supplies will be two institutes: Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology, located at Brenneckestraße 6, 39118 Magdeburg, and Leibniz Institute for Surface Modification, located at Permoser Straße 15, 04318 Leipzig. Further details can be found in section 2 of the performance description in the tender documents.
