Electric Buses Procurement

This public procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of 8 solo city low-floor buses, 8 midi city low-floor buses, and 4 city low-floor minibuses powered by electricity. The contract includes training for the buyer's staff on how to operate and maintain the buses, in accordance with the cost estimates, technical specifications, and other requirements outlined in the procurement documentation. The buses will be used for local and regional line transport on routes averaging up to 50 kilometers in length. Due to the configuration of the street network, the buses will need to handle inclines of up to 12% on certain sections of the routes. Local and regional lines are characterized by a high density of stops, with average distances between stops of 350 meters. The routes primarily pass through narrow city centers. Heavy traffic flows on the street network and traffic regulation through traffic lights require frequent stops at bus stops and signalized intersections. In this operational mode, the buses will be used for up to 20 hours a day. They will be particularly burdened during morning and afternoon peak times, with frequent occupancy rates of 90% to 100% of available capacity.
