The selected supplier will be responsible for creating detailed plans, including site development, architectural, and technical documentation, and obtaining necessary construction permits. Additionally, the supplier will provide author supervision during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with the project documentation from the contract signing until the final acceptance protocol is signed.
