    Brief

This contract notice pertains to DTU's mini-tender for a consultancy agreement related to the Ammisorb ammonia project. The project falls under the category of commercialization consultants for ongoing research projects aimed at supporting the development of technologies. DTU seeks to establish a consultancy agreement with a commercialization consultant for the Ammisorb project, which has received a commercialization grant from DTU Earthbound. This grant will fund a consultant to develop and manage the business aspects of the project, with the goal of eventually creating a start-up company. The Ammisorb project, associated with DTU Energy, focuses on improving the efficiency and sustainability of ammonia production through a new sorption booster technology. This technology allows for significant improvements in production rates and cost savings, particularly for ammonia synthesized using renewable energy sources. Sorption booster technology is a well-known method that optimizes sorption processes, where substances such as gases or liquids are either absorbed or adsorbed. Further details on the delivery are provided in Annex 1, section 2. The draft consultancy agreement (Annex 2), included in the mini-tender materials, forms the basis of the contractual relationship between the consultant and DTU and is generally not subject to change. The consultancy agreement will be awarded to one bidder. The requirements for the services in the consultancy agreement are outlined in Annex 1 – DTU's task description.
