Medical Equipment Supply Contract

This contract involves the ongoing supply of implants and orthopedic products to the Independent Public Healthcare Team in Hrubieszów (referred to as 'the Hospital'). Deliveries will be made to the Hospital's Pharmacy Warehouse located on the premises of the contracting authority. The contract is divided into 14 packages, which include: Package 1 – Primary cementless hip prosthesis, Package 2 – Spinal surgery implants, Package 3 – Hand surgery implants, Package 4 – Ligament and tendon reconstruction system, Package 5 – Shoulder surgery implants, Package 6 – Arthroscopy implants, Package 7 – Urogynecological implants, Package 8 – Unlocked nail, Package 9 – Implantable meshes for umbilical hernia repair, Package 10 – Lightweight and ultra-lightweight meshes, Package 11 – Gel prosthesis for the nucleus pulposus, Package 12 – Laparoscopy and meshes, Package 13 – Sterile skin pen, Package 14 – Polymer clips, laparoscopic evacuators, hemostatic powders, and surgical adhesives.
